Actually, those wings were so heavy, that was the only way to relieve back stress between takes without taking them off completely... which took another twenty minutes to put back on. I was like "Leave 'em on, ya nancy-boy! We've got a show to shoot!" These actors - they're always looking for humane treatment. Fuck 'em, I say. Let 'em work for a living, like the rest of us.
